INTRODUCTION
Halo halo readers, if you ask me how healthy my life is i wouldn't answer that question too proud of myself.

FITNESS AND EXERCISES
Well this is embarrassing but i hardly ever exercise because i don’t have time but also because i'm kinda lazy.

But I do play badminton sometimes. We have a little yard behind the house so back then me and my brother used to practice badminton there. And everytime we play it will last up to 3 hours. I don’t know why but we like badminton a little too much. After 3 hours of badminton we feel more alive if that makes sense but yeah we feel alive, tired but it was fun.

EATING HABITS
Oke next is about my eating habits, i would say that i eat healthy…sometime, but still pretty healthy. I would say that veggies are very healthy, seafood is expensive but it's good for your health, since seafood is kinda expensive so my family makes sure that every meal has veggies like carrots or cabbage, broccoli,…ect.

I also have to avoid some foods to stay healthy like fast foods or oily foods, those foods are oily, not very healthy.

About fast foods, it contains a lot of calories and a very high amount of sugars, and are bad for your health if you eat too much. Your body would not appreciate you eating those kind of food.So that’s all I want to talk about today. I'll see you some other time.
